For God so loved the world that He gave His One and Only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.
This is one of the most loved and well known verses in the Bible. God is not a vengeful deity of the Old Testament, Who would love to wipe out the human race, while the gentle Jesus of the New Testament had to talk Him out of it.
No, God so loved the world. Prove it. He gave His Son, Who is most precious to Him, for murderers, drug addicts and even so-called moral people. Why? So that they would not have to perish in hell. What is the condition? We must believe, repent and humbly choose the Father’s risen Son. Then and only then will they be granted the amazing gift of eternal life, both now and with Him, in all of His fullness in Heaven forever.
The Cross draws a straight line between believers and unbelievers. Believe in God’s Son and you will be on the right side of His line and you will be eternally grateful.
